Heard is live kitchen ops for the whole line: the menu and the 86 board on one surface, prep that shows who owns what, signed pass-downs, a shared recipe book, and Roux, which answers from the kitchen's own recipes. It was made by Logan Manuel while working in a kitchen, shaped between prep and service.
