How much does Heard cost?

Heard is free during the beta, with every Pro feature and no credit card. After the beta, Starter is $49 CAD per month per kitchen and Pro is $99 CAD per month per kitchen, or $500 CAD and $1,000 CAD a year. Enterprise starts at $199 CAD per month per kitchen and is quoted by email.

Is Heard billed per kitchen or per user?

Per kitchen. Starter covers up to 15 kitchen staff and Pro up to 50, and server logins are unlimited on both, so the price does not rise as the crew grows. Enterprise has unlimited staff accounts and puts several locations under one account.

What currency are Heard prices in?

Canadian dollars. Every price on this page is in CAD, and Heard bills in CAD.

What does free during the beta mean?

While Heard is in beta, every kitchen has the Pro plan at no cost: Roux, nightly review, events, SMS alerts and up to 50 kitchen staff. There is no card to enter and nothing to subscribe to. Kitchens that send useful feedback during the beta keep Pro free for life.

What happens when the beta ends?

The Starter, Pro and Enterprise tiers shown on this page become the live plans, at the prices listed. Kitchens granted Pro for life for their beta feedback keep it.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter has the live menu and 86 board, the live prep list, recipes with scaling, pass-down notes and team chat, up to 15 kitchen staff and email support. Pro adds Roux, the AI assistant grounded in your kitchen records, the nightly review checklist, events and banquet mode, SMS notifications, up to 50 kitchen staff and priority support.

Who is the Enterprise plan for?

Multi-location groups and clubs. Enterprise puts several locations under one account with unlimited staff, unlimited Roux, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding and an SLA. It starts at $199 CAD per month per kitchen and is quoted by email.
