These terms cover your use of Heard. If your kitchen has a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Using Heard

Heard is a tool for professional kitchens. Your access is provided by your kitchen, which sets your role and what you can do. Use it for its intended purpose and keep your login to yourself.

Your content

Recipes, menus, notes, and other content your kitchen puts into Heard belong to your kitchen. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content and to operate features like Roux.

Roux (AI)

Roux answers from your kitchen's own data and cites its sources. It can still be wrong — treat its answers as a fast reference, not a substitute for a chef's judgment, especially for allergens and food safety.

Availability & liability

We work to keep Heard reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
